My consulting practice has a solid background because of I am a seasoned, high-performing commercial leader with 20+ years of multi-country and multi-industry experience in commercial strategies, brand and portfolio management, integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing & e-commerce, trade marketing, innovation, sales, business development in FMCG companies.

As a part of the leadership team I managed overall business transformation which led to business restoration to the top and bottom-line growth: significant market gain, double-digit revenue increase, and a threefold increase of profit. An initial strategy session, in person or online, where we will develop a strategic action plan for you based on your priorities and financial goals. This can include honing positioning, identifying a niche, ideas for innovations to increase revenue, a business plan for increasing sales, discussing a strategy to grow a customer base, preparing a marketing communication brief, developing a clear vision of your team, their responsibilities and interactions.

Plus: every two weeks for 6 months we will have a scheduled one hour call. You will have your homework and will be held accountable for your progress towards the milestones that we have charted.

At each call, we will analyze, discuss the questions or problems that have arisen and clarify your action plan that will help you achieve success. You will receive a strategic vision, a concrete action plan, a clear focus on the most important things and tools for influencing the business.

Premium Innovation for Revenue and Profit Growth

The goal of Lidskoe’’s long-term vision is to premiumize the brand portfolio through successful and profitable innovations. The beer market is stagnating due to the economic recession and covid, while the premium segment at affordable prices is growing. However, the company itself does not have strong enough recognizable premium brands and is associated with popular, but not premium, products. Challenge: Find growth ideas and platforms in a declining market for profitable growth and increase market position.
